“Playstori” refers to the creative-technology entertainment ecosystem operating AI Filmcraft 360. If you have any question about this notice or your data, contact us at privacy@playstori.ai.

When you submit an application, we collect the details you provide:

• Identity & contact: full name, email address, phone number, city.
• Creator profile: portfolio / reel link, background, and your creator-interest statement.
• Preferences: your preferred study mode.
• Consent record: your privacy consent, optional marketing preference, and the date and notice version you agreed to.

We do not ask for financial account details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data through this form. Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

• To assess your application and communicate with you about admissions, the diagnostic, and counselling — on the basis of your consent and steps taken at your request.
• To send optional updates about programs and opportunities — only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your application data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and communication tools) under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms, and where required by law. Any such providers act on our instructions.

We keep application data for as long as needed to process your application and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate administrative and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights).

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent (including for marketing) at any time; and request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@playstori.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

We may update this notice. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date and version, and the consent you give is recorded against the version in effect at the time.
